1. Product availability - seekyoudanger ltd. promises to honour orders made on the Internet website only, within the limit of stocks available.
Should a product be unavailable, then seekyoudanger ltd. promises to inform its customers as soon as possible. The latter will therefore have the choice to either have the amount refunded within 30 days upon receipt, or to have the product exchanged.
Should a product be temporarily out of stock, the customer will be free to either cancel the order, or to receive it with an extended delivery time, as soon as the item becomes available.
2. Prices - Prices are shown in Euros, VAT included and exclude post and packaging, which are added to the bill and shown prior to confirmation of the order.

Products remain the property of seekyoudanger ltd. until full payment is received by seekyoudanger ltd. As such, products are only shipped upon reception of full payment.

The buyer is responsible for making the necessary saving of files.
